Minimum Booking

Minimum 2 night stay at all times.

Minimum 3 night stay public holiday long weekends.

Minimum 7 night stay 1 Dec to 31 Jan (Saturday to Saturday for 2008).

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the letting will receive a full refund less 10%. If the cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of letting 50% of the tariff will not be refunded however the tenant will have 6 months to use this credit.

Cleaning & Security Deposit

It is a condition of booking that tenants provide a bond. Bonds are payable by direct deposit and are refundable within 5 days of departure assuming the house is left in good order.  All damages and replacements must be paid in full by the tenant.
