naps. It has a huge sandstone fireplace with Jindara wood
burning heater (installed May '08), lounge and armchairs, games, books and
toys.

The Summer Room
overlooks the garden and has a TV, DVD player & stereo with
surround-sound, 2 lounges, and children's table and chairs. The
mural by
Sydney artist Linda Collingridge of Greenfields Beach is
a stunning feature of the room. |

The Deck is
over 45 square metres and surrounded by palms, gums and mature
citrus. There are two outdoor settings to accommodate up to 14 with
newly installed shade sails (Dec '07), a fully
equipped gas barbecue and outdoor gas heater. |

Games Room is in The Retreat on the lower level of the house and has
TV, DVD, video, stereo/CD/MP3, foosball table, lounges
and beanbags. |
