The house is a level 150 metre bushwalk to the gentle waves of Greenfields Beach which is partially shaded by gums.  A grassy reserve with undercover picnic tables, barbecues and lots of space for the kids to run around is only 250 metres away and there are kid-friendly bushwalks straight from the house.
