The Balconies (sleeps 2) is a beautifully appointed room with rustic four-poster bed, two private balconies and an en-suite shower room. It is furnished throughout with restored antiques.

The Loft Room (sleeps 4) has a rustic hand-built queen bed, a set of low-line bunks and a loft bed (not currently offered for sleeping) and an en-suite shower room.

The Garden Room (sleeps 2) is on the main level of the house and has a stunning antique Indian queen bed (added Feb '08). It is adjacent to the main bathroom and has level access to all living areas, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, deck and driveway.

The Retreat (sleeps 4) is on the lower level of the house, accessed by external stairs from the deck (no internal stair access). It has a queen bed in a separate bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a games room/fifth bedroom with two single beds.
